Dr. Peggy McMillan

Dr. Peggy McMillan grew up on a small beef farm in rural New Brunswick, in a small community called Belleisle Creek. She always loved working with animals, and knew from a very young age that she wanted to pursue a career in the veterinary field. She completed her undergraduate in Animal Science at Dalhousie Agricultural Campus, before moving on to the Atlantic Veterinary College to complete her DVM. Dr. Peggy join our team at Cobequid Animal Hospital after graduation. She has passion for animal behaviour and welfare.

When not at the hospital, she can be found hanging out with her household of animals. She has two handsome dogs, Finn and Shyloh, and multiple cats. In her downtime, she enjoys fantasy novels, painting, drawing and other crafts.
